Package Description
This product package is comprised of a five-day instructor-led class, SA-202-S10 and a 2 hour self-paced web course, WS-242-S10. This package provides students with the necessary knowledge and skills to perform advanced tasks in the Solaris 10 OS on both Sparc and x64/x86 platforms, including network basics, managing virtual file systems and core dumps, managing storage volumes, controling access and configure system messaging, setting up naming services, and performing installation procedures. This course is taken in preparation for Part II of the Sun System Administration certification exam.

Students who can benefit from this course are individuals who are already familiar with core system administration tools and processes and who have a fundamental understanding of the UNIX(R) operating system, commands, and utilities.
