This 3 day training course, presented in ten one-to-two
hour lessons, explains how to perform the tasks involved
in supporting Crystal Reports Server users and groups so
they can access Crystal reports and other forms of corporate
data through the Crystal Reports Server web portal. The
course also introduces the Business Objects Enterprise architecture
upon which Crystal Reports Server is based. Please note,
this course does not discuss configuring and managing individual
servers but it does provide an overview of common server
management tasks, web application services, and the management
of the Central Management Server.
This course provides a foundation for System Administrators
to effectively manage both users and content on the Crystal
Reports Server platform.

The target audience for this course is System Administrators
who are new to Crystal Reports Server and will be responsible
for maintaining Crystal Reports Server users, groups, and
objects in their organization.
