Cloud Sales Engineer Manager
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute sales strategies for cloud-based products to generate sales and expand the customer base.
- Manage and support subordinates to facilitate the sale of cloud solutions to clients.
- Provide consultation on various cloud products and assist in selecting and proposing solutions that best suit customer needs.
- Manage and build strong relationships with existing and new customers, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop Cloud Solution presentations, including designing and customizing solutions to meet specific client requirements.
- Prepare sales performance reports and analytics to refine and improve sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Sales, or related fields.
- At least 3-5 years of sales experience in the technology or cloud solutions industry.
- In-depth understanding of cloud technology and products such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with excellent negotiation abilities.
- A positive attitude towards learning and self-improvement, along with a strong ability to work in a team environment.
- Proficient in management and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Proficiency in both Thai and English at a professional level.
